#1 Tip for What to do With Plastic Bags

I know, I know….we’re all supposed to be using reusable bags for grocery shopping. And I do — most of the time. But there are times when I forget, and wind up with some extra plastic bags.

And yes, if I have too many I recycle them at the grocery store. But I do find uses for them so I always keep a few. If you have some lying around and don’t know what to do with them, here’s my #1 tip.

Use an empty tissue box.

It doesn’t matter if it’s rectangle-shaped or one of the square boxes, as long as it’s empty you can use it.

And you’re feeling crafty, you can always decorate the box!
