Do you have a passion? Something that you yearn to do — or are doing? If you haven’t discovered what your passion is yet, here are some questions you can ask yourself to help figure it out. Be sure to answer these questions in a distraction-free place, take your time, and truly be honest with yourself.

There are no right or wrong answers. You are the only one that will be reading the responses.

It is important to note that your life is a journey, and sometimes the journey takes you on different paths at different times. While passion may provide a sense of purpose, the journey to finding that passion can be just as rewarding.

Question 1: What makes you forget to eat or do other basic life tasks?

This may not be that obvious until it happens. The next time you realize you’ve been caught up in something all afternoon and you didn’t eat lunch, make a note of what you were doing.

Passions are not as evident as everyone makes them out to be, but usually if you’ve skipped a meal or if you have to run to the bathroom last minute because you didn’t want to take the time away from what you’re doing, it’s a good indication that you’re involved with your passion.
