Course Update

If you’ve been following me for a while, you know that I planned to launch a course in January and then had to postpone it until February 15th.

So far, I have not had anyone sign up.

That’s ok, and it’s totally my fault. I *thought* I knew what I was doing. I’d read books. I’d done research. I’d taken courses about how to create your course, how to launch, and various other pertinent business-building tactics.

It turns out that I didn’t really have all of the knowledge I needed. I didn’t know what I was doing as far as marketing my course effectively goes, and winging it just didn’t cut it.

Since the beginning of the year, I’ve learned how much I didn’t know, and how much work I still have to do. Consequently, I am in the process of revamping both the course and my marketing strategies. I have new insights about what needs to be done, and more importantly, I now know exactly, step-by-step, HOW to do it.

Have you ever heard the phrase “When the student is ready, the teacher will appear”? I have actually experienced this to be true at different points in my life, and once again, it happened. I found someone who could explain things to me in such a way that they made sense and who could give me the confidence I needed to put the systems into practice. Not only that, they showed me how.

I am looking at this as a win. I am actually thrilled that I have not had success yet, because I wouldn’t have learned what I did otherwise.

I have a lot of work to do, but that is my sole focus right now. I hope to have news of a new launch soon, but it’s going to take as long as it takes. And that’s ok.

When I do get everything where I want it to be, look out.

It’s going to knock your socks off.
