From Procrastination to Progress — A 30-Day Challenge
This is one of the new things that I’ve been working on. The idea was sparked by my recent bout of procrastination. I decided to put together a challenge for those of you who are also procrastination-inclined.
It’s not a traditional challenge in the sense that you won’t have daily tasks to do; rather, you’ll get a series of 30 emails that contain information designed to educate, motivate, and give you tools to help you identify why you procrastinate — and what you can do about it.
I cover:
- Understanding what procrastination is and isn’t
- Identifying the excuses procrastinators use
- Traits common among procrastinators
- Learning about active procrastination
- Developing a proactive mindset
- Tips and tricks for becoming proactive
- And several more procrastination-related topics
If you’re so inclined, click here to sign up. The current cost of the challenge is $7, but that price will be going up at the beginning of next year. Also, when you check out, you’ll be asked if you wish to get the companion eBook/Workbook. This is not necessary, but it is a nice addition — especially if you’re truly serious about overcoming your procrastination. The cost for the ebook/workbook is $17 if you purchase it along with the challenge. If you decide to purchase it separately later, the cost will be $27.
Let’s make some progress together!
