I’m Not Perfect

…far from it, actually.

The other day, I told you the story of how I organized my entire life. That doesn’t mean that I’m perfect, or that I’m perfectly organized all the time.

I’m human. Which means I make mistakes. I still sometimes forget things, especially when walking from one room to another. My mom used to call it “CRS disease” — meaning Can’t Remember Sh**.

Despite that, my life is still organized. I know where I need to be, and when. I know who has a birthday coming up this week and month. I know that I need to change the air and water filters in my refrigerator on July 1st.

But there are days when it seems like nothing goes as planned in my oh-so-organized life. Days when I want to give in to the chaos.

And that’s ok.

Imperfection is part of life. I do my best. Sometimes that’s amazing. Other days, not so much.

Do what you can. That’s enough.
