My Decluttering Plan for the First Half of 2022
2 min readJan 7, 2022
Last year I wrote down my decluttering goals for the year. I was able to accomplish some, but not all. Here is my plan for the first half of 2022:
January:
- Tubs of stuff I cleared out from my mom’s house after she passed. I know that there are things I kept because I wasn’t ready to let them go at that time, and I’m sure I can reduce what I kept by at least half now.
- Tubs of holiday decorations that are in the shed. They need to be decluttered and reorganized.
February:
- Linen closet in the hallway.
- Cabinets in the dining room area.
March:
- Baker’s rack in the kitchen.
- Pantry.
April:
- Bookshelf in the living room.
- Dresser drawers in the bedroom.
May:
- CD rack.
- Cabinet in living room.
June:
- Closet in the office.
- Table/desk in the office.
I’ll update you at the end of June and let you know how I did.
