Today I want to talk about managing your time.

As I’m sure you’ve heard, managing your time is good for productivity. It also helps with organizing your life. Here are some habits that can help you:

Have a morning routine.

To do that, you’ll likely need to get up early.

I know. You don’t like getting up early. Many people don’t. But if you’ve learned to manage your time well, you will be able to get to bed at a reasonable time, which will make getting up early a breeze.

Morning routines can include exercise, meditation, visualization, reading or learning, and planning and prioritizing. After your routine, you’ll be ready to conquer the rest of your day.

Have a to-do list — and use it.

Creating a daily to-do list is a fantastic habit to have. Keep it short (3 items or less), and make sure those items are your top priorities for the day. Refer to it when you’re not sure what to do next. Checking things off your list will give you a sense of accomplishment and keep you motivated.

Keep your calendar updated.
