Today I want to talk about motivation.

No matter what your definition of success is, you will need to do some work in order to reach your goals. Sometimes, finding the motivation and being able to stay motivated can be difficult. Here are a few tips and tricks that can make it a little easier to find your motivation and stay motivated.

Plan It Out

Make a plan. Be as detailed as possible. Write down what you want to accomplish and the steps you can take to make it happen. The work you have to do may be challenging, but you will have a clear understanding of how to get there. This will help you stay focused and moving forward.

Be Aware of the Consequences

When you feel your motivation dropping, consider the consequences of NOT achieving your goals. What would happen? How would you feel? What would you be missing? Channel these emotions and use them to recommit to your plan.

Fully Understand the Goal or Reason Why

What is your why? Or, in other words, what is your purpose for doing what you do each day? Why do you want to accomplish a specific task or go after a dream? Write down your reasons. Create a vision board so you can see it each day. This will give you a visual reminder that can instantly…
