Today I want to talk about productivity tools, because I know committing to becoming more productive can be daunting. Where should you start? How do you keep track of everything?
Here’s a list of 7 productivity tools you can try. Most of these are designed for business and business owners, but I have found they can also be useful in my personal life. Pick one or two and see how they can help you increase your productivity.
#1: Trello
Trello is an online, cloud-based project management system. With it, you can organize all of your projects and delegate tasks to different team members. You can also create message boards and lists.
I use it to keep track of just about everything for my business, from pre-written social media posts that I can copy and paste to keeping track of what I need to do next for each project.
#2: Dropbox
Dropbox is also cloud-based software that allows you to save and share files from any location. Dropbox is an excellent option for businesses that need to share, transfer, or save large files, such as those related to video production.
