Taking Time For Yourself

Until recently, I struggled with this. A lot. I find that many women do.

I decided that as a birthday present to myself, I would devote time to me every day. I have been successful so far. Almost every morning, when I get up, I exercise first thing. I’m the kind of person that if I don’t do it right away, I won’t do it, so early morning it is. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not doing an hour of aerobics or running 3 miles…
