What’s On My Hook, December 2020 Edition

I slowed down quite a bit with my crochet this month because I was working on my holiday cards and baking! I did manage to start a couple of things, though.

First, I started working on a wrap for myself. I’m not often cold (even when the weather is cold), but when I am, I’d rather have something I can just grab and wrap around my shoulders and arms than put on a sweater.

Here’s how it’s coming along. I just love the color.

The yarn is Wool East Thick & Quick by Lion Brand, and the color is Sequoia. I’m using a size 15mm plastic hook hook.

The second thing I’m getting ready to start is a set of fingerless, long gloves for a friend. I am waiting for the yarn I ordered to arrive, but here is a picture of what they’re going to look like:

Snow Drifts Fingerless Gloves, designed by Angela Plunkett and featured in the November 2020 Issue of Pattern Pack Pro by Happily Hooked Magazine

Are you making anything right now? I’d love to see it!
